A team of 11 Axiom Attorneys ‘carved out’ the contract diligence component of the transaction, assigned over 500 agreements and supported the development of the Transition Services Agreement and entity SLAs. The team had a coordinated project structure providing a single point of contact for the client/Lead Counsel (weekly milestone tracking, client satisfaction tracking, resource planning).
